I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion in life is teaching people the skills they need to improve their relationships, build confidence and self-esteem and find greater happiness and satisfaction in life.
I completed my doctoral training at the University of Texas, and have been a therapist for over 30 years. i can help you understand why you do the things you do, but I truly believe that all of the insight in the world doesn’t matter if you don’t know what to do differently - so I’ll also help you set goals and give you the skills and tools you need to reach those goals. And my specialty is helping people repair relationships.
